The Adolescent PHP Therapist will provide structured care to adolescents with eating disorders, working within a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based treatment.

Responsibilities

Facilitate eating disorder–focused group therapy, including process, psychoeducation, and skill-building groups within the PHP setting

Provide individual and family therapy to help adolescents build healthier relationships with food, body image, and self

Conduct Level of Care Assessments and ongoing clinical evaluations

Develop, maintain, and update individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, families, and the interdisciplinary team

Participate in daily clinical team meetings and coordinate care with dietitians, psychiatrists, nursing staff, and program leadership

Ensure timely, accurate documentation in compliance with licensing and insurance requirements

Support clients through meal support sessions, exposure work, and body image interventions

Foster a safe, structured therapeutic environment that encourages engagement, accountability, and meaningful progress

Perform additional clinical duties as assigned
