11+ years expMindlance is seeking a Senior User Experience Designer to join their User Experience and Design Team, responsible for delivering software design solutions across mobile, web, and desktop platforms. The designer will focus on creating user-centered systems that empower users to achieve their financial goals through collaboration and iterative design processes.

Lead design reviews and provide actionable guidance for cross-functional teams
Conceptualize and visualize ideas through sketches, wireframes, diagrams, or prototypes
Represent the design team brand and ensure consistent processes with business and technical partners
Contribute to research initiatives, apply insights to design solutions, and uphold high design standards
Collaborate effectively with partners, listen strategically to feedback, and adapt designs iteratively
Foster teamwork within the UX group by supporting peers and maintaining clear communication
Focus on designing engaging, user-cantered solutions for complex financial applications
Balance innovation with usability, ensuring all designs reflect user needs and business goals
Qualification
Required
B2B experience and complex transactional design
Systems thinking and interaction design expertise
Agile and iterative design process fluency
Visual communication and prototyping (Sketch, Invision, Figma)
Strong collaboration and design consulting skills
Empathy-driven user research and insight translation
Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process
Lead design reviews and provide actionable guidance for cross-functional teams

11+ years of experience in interaction design focused on digital products
1+ year of experience designing touch-based mobile interfaces is a plus
Experienced in user-centered design processes, including user research, usability testing, and annotated design specs
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage tasks independently within Agile teams
Proficiency in design tools: Sketch, Invision, Figma
Proven experience running design sessions with multi-disciplinary teams and building strong cross-functional relationships
A portfolio or PDF demonstrating design thinking, process, and final execution is required for submission
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field preferred
