Responsibilities

Develop and execute regional commercial strategies for Food & Beverage Biosciences, focusing on pricing, tailored product offerings, and portfolio positioning to meet regional customer needs
Achieve revenue and margin targets for the region by driving business growth and increasing market share
Lead market, customer, and competitor intelligence gathering to generate insights that support innovation and growth
Equip the sales force with knowledge and tools, including product training and customer presentations, in collaboration with Marketing, Applications, and Product Managers
Identify new business opportunities for Enzymes and prioritize application development to convert opportunities into sales
Define regional pricing strategies in alignment with Global Strategic Product Management and develop margin optimization plans when required
Manage regional product-related requests, sampling, complaints, and regulatory plans while keeping global teams informed
Oversee regional product launches, marketing campaigns, and post-launch processes to ensure successful execution
Build and maintain strong relationships with key players in the value chain and support strategic customer visits alongside the sales team

Required

Master's degree or equivalent experience in business administration, marketing, or international business
Over 10 years of industry experience, with at least 5–10 years in Sales or Marketing within B2B multinational organizations
Strong understanding of pricing strategies, margin management, and strategic marketing
Proven ability to develop business cases and drive organizational change
Excellent organizational and project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously
Strong leadership and customer relationship management skills
Experience working in a complex matrix organization and cross-cultural environments
Availability to travel 30–40% of the time
Proficiency in English and computer literacy (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP, SharePoint, Salesforce)

Preferred

Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in one or more key segments such as Bakery, Brewing, or Dairy
In-depth knowledge of regional Food & Beverage industry dynamics, including key competitors and customers
Intellectual curiosity, collaborative spirit, and proactive attitude
