Responsibilities
Lead the technical strategy and execution of the Sales Enablement program across Sales, Marketing, and Wealth domains, ensuring alignment with business goals and enterprise architecture standards
Own the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce solutions, collaborating with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
Provide hands-on leadership and mentorship to a mixed workforce of internal staff and external contractors, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment
Drive adoption and implementation of modern Salesforce technologies and developer tools while ensuring high standards of code quality, security, and performance across all implementations
Manage vendor relationships, champion agile delivery practices, and communicate effectively with executive stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into business-friendly language
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
7+ years of experience with Salesforce ecosystem, with proven experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, REST/SOAP APIs, and CI/CD pipelines
Familiarity with Salesforce Functions, LWC (Lightning Web Components), Salesforce DX, Data Cloud, and Agentforce
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, integration patterns, and data modeling
Experience with DevOps tools and practices in the Salesforce ecosystem
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to influence at all levels
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage hybrid workforces
Understanding of data governance, compliance, and security best practices
Experience managing technical roadmaps and delivery milestones
Preferred
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer II, Application Architect, or System Architect)
Experience in the financial services industry or with wealth management platforms
Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
Experience working in a Center of Excellence or similar governance model
