Customer service abilities, with attention to detail and a client-focused approach
Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet targets
Basic computer skills and the ability to utilize online tools and systems
Louisiana insurance license (or commitment to obtain licensing upon hiring)
Preferred
Previous insurance industry experience or a willingness to learn is advantageous
