Integrated Marketing Manager
SPECTRAFOR is seeking an Integrated Marketing Manager to lead day-to-day activities for marketing campaigns. This role involves managing integrated marketing strategies, collaborating with various teams, and ensuring successful project execution.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day execution of integrated marketing campaigns across all channels including content marketing, digital marketing, field marketing, website publishing, and paid media
Understand and execute marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
Provide clear and thoughtful feedback on creative work to ensure alignment with approved strategies
Partner with Project Managers to ensure budgets and timelines are met
Execute and provide guidance to team members in alignment with integrated marketing plans
Develop and oversee project plans including timelines and budget parameters
Assist in providing actionable insights to creative teams
Communicate clearly with team members and summarize campaign activity
Serve as a point of contact for routine client projects, ensuring clear communication and successful outcomes
Establish regular communication cadence with stakeholders and colleagues
Ensure appropriate cross-functional stakeholders are involved from project initiation through completion
Provide guidance and input to team members on specific projects
Oversee and manage day-to-day workflow of all assigned projects
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience in advertising or marketing
Strong account management skills and working knowledge of project management
Strong understanding of 360-degree marketing campaign deliverables, including: Digital marketing (email, banner ads, online video), Creative development processes, Video production, Social media, Sell sheets / flyers
Proficiency in Workfront, Excel, and PowerPoint required
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders on marketing campaigns and creative development
Ability to prioritize and deliver across multiple projects simultaneously
Proven ability to build strong internal team and client relationships
Strong customer service skills
Ability to resolve conflicts effectively and professionally
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Strong oral, written, and presentation communication skills
Ability to work in a matrix organization
Demonstrates initiative and a 'can-do' attitude
Bachelor's degree required
Preferred
Advertising agency or in-house agency experience preferred
