Role: Co-Founder / CEO (Full Operational Control)
Equity: 10% – 15% (Anti-dilution protection)

Qualification
Required
Immediate relocation to the US is required if not currently present
Experience in building critical infrastructure, not just SaaS
Ability to drive customer acquisition costs to $0.05 via organic loops
Strong network connections with enterprise clients
Financial capacity to invest personal capital ($5M–$10M+)
High risk tolerance and willingness to invest own capital
Experience in a leadership role at a successful startup or decacorn
Ability to navigate complex challenges and thrive under pressure
Understanding of infrastructure mindset versus SaaS mentality
Proven track record of successful fundraising

Experience as a co-founder or in a C-level position
