Responsibilities
Preparation/review of quarterly tax entries, K1's, income statement cash flow
Preparation of tax-related journal entries and corresponding general ledger reconciliations
Prepare financial statements, month end close, journal entries, tax savings, balance sheet, QuickBooks
Stay up-to-date with tax laws and regulations and communicate changes, work with Tax Returns
Analyze realized/unrealized gains, income distributions, and tax-loss/ Gain opportunities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
1-5 years of experience in tax
Strong technical skills in tax planning, compliance, and research
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong leadership and mentoring skills
