Responsibilities
Secure low-cost power (PPAs) in ERCOT/SPP markets and manage ESG compliance
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle from land acquisition to site energization (construction management)
Oversee site uptime and operational SOPs. Implement strict risk controls (anti-theft, dispute resolution) to maximize revenue per kWh
Handle complex negotiations with landlords and local authorities to ensure business continuity
Qualification
Required
Experience in Industrial Real Estate, Data Center Construction, or Factory Setup
Expertise in land acquisition, civil engineering management, and turning 'greenfield' land into fully operational facilities
Deep experience in Crypto Mining Infrastructure (Construction & Ops)
Must be a 'Builder' who successfully managed sites during bear markets (not just a bull market investor)
Background in Power Trading or Energy Asset Management
Must be willing to go beyond trading screens and manage physical site operations and infrastructure projects ('Boots on the ground')
Preferred
Candidates currently based in Omaha or Texas are preferred
