Represent clients before zoning hearing boards, planning commissions, and other municipal bodies
Advise on zoning, land use, and entitlement strategy for real estate developments
Support commercial and residential real estate projects from due diligence through approvals
Draft and review zoning applications, land development submissions, and related documents
Coordinate with developers, municipal officials, and internal legal teams
Qualification
Required
Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar (required)
Strong written, verbal, and analytical skills
Preferred
1–5 years of experience in land use, zoning, or real estate law preferred
Experience appearing before municipal boards is a plus
