Responsibilities

Analyze and improve accounting systems, procedures, and controls
Provide guidance on complex accounting issues including GAAP, tax regulations, and compliance
Assist with financial reporting, audits, and forecasting
Evaluate internal controls and recommend risk mitigation strategies
Support month-end and year-end close processes
Provide training and mentorship to in-house accounting staff
Implement new accounting tools or software as needed
Prepare and review financial statements and ensure accuracy and integrity

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Proven experience (5+ years) in accounting or financial consulting
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

Preferred

CPA or CMA certification is strongly preferred
