Responsibilities
Establish new accounts
Proactively manage existing accounts
Successfully manage customer relationships, while looking for ways to improve the overall customer experience
Identify and develop sales opportunities
Prepare sales contracts and proposals
Quote projects for both buildings and components as necessary to meet customer requirements
Interacting with operations on behalf of the customer
Qualification
Required
Knowledge of pre-engineered metal buildings
Strong ability to build relationships
Establish new accounts
Proactively manage existing accounts
Successfully manage customer relationships, while looking for ways to improve the overall customer experience
Identify and develop sales opportunities
Prepare sales contracts and proposals
Quote projects for both buildings and components as necessary to meet customer requirements
Interacting with operations on behalf of the customer

Previous sales experience
Ability to interpret blueprints and specifications
Excellent time management and communication skills
