Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all corporate function-controlling activities for US operations, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and company policies
Review financial statements and provide monthly reporting on key KPIs to local and global management
Monitor and analyze capital expenditure budgets and actual spending; provide variance analysis and recommendations
Partner with global and local controllers to assess financial performance and implement improvement actions
Collaborate with the CFD / RFD and senior leadership on strategic financial initiatives
Act as a finance business partner to functional managers, supporting decision-making and financial planning
Drive process improvement initiatives across regional and global finance operations

Financial Planning & AnalysisUS GAAPAccounting StandardsMaster’s degree in FinanceAnalytical skillsProblem-solving skillsCommunication skills

Required

Minimum 8-10 years in Financial Planning & Analysis or Controlling, preferably in a multinational environment
Must be eligible to work in the US
Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work independently
Excellent communication skills for presenting financial insights to stakeholders and auditors
In-depth knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and current accounting standards
