Responsibilities
Run structured inbound consultations with prospective clients
Identify the issue, explain the roadmap, and help clients retain the firm
Follow up with qualified prospects who aren’t ready on day one
Track pipeline and performance metrics and continuously improve close rate
Hand off retained clients to our legal team for case execution
Qualification
Required
Active CA Bar license (good standing)
Strong client presence and communication
High integrity, coachability, and consistent follow-through
Comfort with a performance-based role and measurable KPIs
