Responsibilities

Inspecting incoming materials, components, and assemblies to verify compliance with specifications, customer requirements, and engineering standards

Managing non-conforming materials by tagging, documenting, and placing items in quarantine while coordinating with relevant teams for resolution

Recording inspection results accurately in the company’s systems in adherence to established work instructions

Preparing initial packaging, generating bar code labels, and completing required documentation to ensure traceability

Actively participating in the resolution of quality concerns by collaborating with cross-functional teams to make timely decisions on raw materials and components

Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment while practicing 5S methodologies

Supporting other QC Inspectors with basic inspection tasks as needed and assigned

Performing additional duties as assigned to support quality initiatives
