Responsibilities
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
Own and enhance financial reporting processes and rigor
Deliver variance, profitability, and cost analysis
Build financial models for initiatives, investments, and M&A
Support acquisitions and post-close financial tracking
Develop KPIs and management reporting
Partner cross-functionally with finance leadership and the CFO
Lead and develop FP&A team members
Qualification
Required
8+ years FP&A / corporate finance experience
2+ years people management experience
Strong financial reporting foundation is critical
Comfortable in fast-paced, acquisition-driven environments
Advanced Excel; experience with NetSuite, Adaptive, or similar tools
Preferred
CPA or advanced degree preferred
Prior M&A exposure a plus
PE-backed experience helpful but not required
