The Field Marketing Specialist will manage the full event lifecycle, coordinating logistics for various events and aligning marketing initiatives with sales efforts.

Responsibilities

Plan and manage all logistics for trade shows, conferences, customer events, and field activations
Track, measure, and report ROI on all field marketing activities
Build joint marketing strategies with key partners to drive mutual growth
Work closely with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with revenue targets
Provide sales enablement tools and resources to maximize the impact of events
Coordinate with the sales and BDR teams to prepare lists to enable pre-event outreach and demo scheduling
Represent SmartBarrel on-site: demo our product, speak to our value props, and capture leads
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align field efforts with company goals
Help create or localize event-related assets (booth materials, decks, one-pagers, etc.)
Ensure consistent brand presence across all event materials
Assist in content capture (photos, short videos, quotes) to use across marketing channels

Required

3–4 years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or events (construction tech a plus)
Comfort in a sales-adjacent role—you're confident speaking with prospects and demoing software
Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and follow-through
Familiarity with HubSpot, GSuite, Monday.com, Canva, and related tools

Preferred

Background in construction or content creation (photo, video, or copy)
