Responsibilities

Oversee all custodial operations at the corporate headquarters
Design, implement, and manage cleaning and sanitation processes
Lead and coordinate janitorial staff
Establish cleaning schedules and quality standards
Monitor performance and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
Balance strategic planning with daily operational oversight

Required

5+ years of experience managing janitorial, custodial, or building services in a large corporate, institutional, or 5-star hotel environment
Proven leadership skills with experience managing staff
Strong knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and environmentally friendly practices
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as needed
