Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate architectural design projects from inception to completion
Develop design concepts
Manage project schedules
Prepare submittals
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality results
Oversee progress and compliance with applicable codes, client standards, and sustainability targets, ensuring successful project delivery for healthcare settings

Qualification

ArchitectureBuilding Information ModelingProject ManagementSustainable DesignHealthcare DesignLEED CertificationLeadershipCommunication

Required

Expertise in Architecture and Project Management, with demonstrated experience in planning, designing, and overseeing projects
Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and handling design documentation such as submittals
Knowledge of sustainable design principles and Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) practices
Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams effectively
Licensure as a registered architect or working towards licensure; NCARB certification is a plus

Preferred

Prior experience in healthcare or senior living project design and delivery
