Responsible for the deployment and development of routing-related services
Responsible for the design and generation of navigation for autonomous vehicles
Collaborate effectively with upstream and downstream teams to understand and implement routing-related requirements
Qualification
Required
BS/MS in computer science, similar technical field of study, or equivalent practical experience
Experience in site reliability engineering or a similar role, with a strong background in designing and maintaining large-scale distributed systems
Professional C++ experience designing navigation algorithms such as Dijkstra, A*
Strong programming skills in languages such as C/C++ or Python
Preferred
Familiarity with the Valhalla, OSRM, or CH and related engineering optimization algorithms
3+ years of industrial experience in navigation system
Experience in optimization for routing and navigation
Experience in common SD Map or HD Map formats, such as OpenDrive, OpenStreetMap
Deep understanding of one or more of the following: Computational geometry algorithms, GIS, Database, Protobuf, GRPC, Docker, Kubernetes
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues
