Responsibilities

Lead a team of talented Sales Professionals focused on meeting—and exceeding—North’s annual revenue and profitability goals

Create and execute sales plans designed to break into new markets, expand our presence in the community, and build valuable referral partnerships

Collaborate with teams across North—sales support, product development, and client services—to ensure seamless onboarding and a superior customer experience for every new client

Embrace and promote company initiatives and new programs, ensuring your team stays ahead of the curve

Share insights, data, and recommendations with senior leadership to help identify process improvements and growth opportunities

Qualification

Required

18 years of age or older

Valid driver's license

Successful completion of a pre-employment background check

Completion of a drug screening

Must live in or near your assigned sales region

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is preferred, but equivalent experience will also be considered

Typically 6+ years of professional experience, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or supervisory role—someone who knows how to motivate and guide a team to success

Experience in SaaS, software, or payment processing is a plus
