Minuteman Press is a retail print and business services company seeking a B2B Sales & Digital Marketing Lead with hands-on experience in selling print and marketing services. The role focuses primarily on B2B sales, with responsibilities including account growth, customer engagement, and digital marketing support.

Responsibilities

Sell print & marketing services to local business customers

Grow existing B2B accounts and acquire new local businesses

Perform daily in-person sales activity, outbound calls, and follow-ups

Participate in BNI, Chamber of Commerce, and BBB networking and Other Networking Groups

Follow Minuteman Franchise sales training by conducting daily cold sales calls from 10:00 AM–4:00 PM, delivering local customers

Actively convert quotes and inquiries into confirmed production orders

Maintain positive feedback, repeat business, and high client retention rates

Help achieve $2,000–$3,000 in daily invoicing

Reduce legacy customer payment cycles from 60 days to ~15 days

Work directly with Accounts Payable contacts at customer organizations

Enforce 100% upfront payment for all new customers

Manage posts on Google Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn

Promote print offers, local campaigns, and customer success stories

Drive inbound leads that convert to print sales

Participate with Team members in morning 9:00 AM production meetings, manage schedules, and maintain clear communication

Assist Store Team Members in production workflow, ensuring projects move from quote → approval → print → invoice → delivery with speed, accuracy, and accountability

Assist with CSR, print production, or graphic design as needed

Step in to keep orders invoicing on time when team members are out

Coordinate shipping via USPS, UPS, or FedEx

Required

Prior sales experience in a retail print B2B Sales Service or business services environment

Experience selling print products

Experience selling marketing services

Experience selling signage

Experience selling business services directly to walk-in and local business customers

Experience at one or more of the following: Minuteman Press, AlphaGraphics, Sir Speedy, Inkwell, FASTSIGNS, Staples / OfficeMax (Print Center), The UPS Store, FedEx Office (Kinko's), Independent Printing Store

Ability to manage payment terms & receivables
