Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day servicing of assigned commercial accounts
Prepare renewal submissions, market accounts, and negotiate coverage terms with carriers
Review policies, endorsements, audits, and certificates for accuracy
Process endorsements, cancellations, binders, and policy changes
Communicate with clients regarding coverage questions, renewals, and policy updates
Work collaboratively with producers to support new business and retention efforts
Maintain accurate documentation in the agency management system
Ensure compliance with carrier and regulatory requirements
Qualification
Required
2+ years of Commercial Lines insurance experience (agency or brokerage)
Active Property & Casualty insurance license (or ability to obtain)
Strong knowledge of commercial coverages (BOP, GL, Auto, WC, Property, Umbrella, etc.)
Experience working with multiple carriers and agency management systems
Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
