Responsibilities
Manage concrete construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
Partner closely with Superintendents, field crews, and subcontractors to drive schedule, quality, and safety
Lead project planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
Manage buyout, contracts, change orders, billing, and reporting
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
Travel to projects nationwide as needed (first assignment in Texas)
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial or industrial construction
Experience with concrete, structural, self-perform, or heavy construction is a strong plus
Comfortable traveling and working onsite at projects across the U.S
Strong communicator who enjoys working directly with field teams
Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
Entrepreneurial mindset — enjoys helping build processes and improve operations
