Required

Proven ability to manage teams and grow business operations
Experience in service, operations, or branch management
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of OSHA regulations and commitment to workplace safety
Ability to prioritize, organize, and lead in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS)
2–4 years of related experience and/or training
Equivalent combination of education and experience
