Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls and emails with recruitment queries
Call applicants and sourced candidates to review job openings and schedule for interviews
Source passive candidates through online databases
Conduct phone interviews with candidates and take detailed notes during their interview
Determine whether candidates are qualified for a position and make recommendations for hire or extend offers
Collaborate with hiring managers and the rest of the recruitment team in a remote setting
Update candidate statuses with correct notes and updates in ATS (ADP Workforce Now)
Use best practices when speaking with candidates and making recommendations for hire
Organize and attend in-person hiring events and job fairs as needed
Abide by various internal processes and practices to ensure efficiency and legal compliance
Other relevant tasks and projects assigned by department manager

Required

1+ year(s) of experience in high-volume recruiting, ideally in a service industry
Located in San Antonio
Able to travel for in-person training in Tampa, FL
Authorized to Work in the US - We Use eVerify

Preferred

Bi-lingual English/ Spanish
Associate's degree in any field
Previous hybrid or remote experience
The ability to conduct different types of interviews
Experience with recruitment processes, ATS, and online databases
Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to collaborate and work well in a remote team setting
Proven customer service skills with the ability to answer questions
Self-motivated and able to prioritize tasks and work well with minimal supervision
