Responsibilities

Build and optimize the internal stackyou’ll own and evolve the tools that run speedrun—airtable, notion, slack, zapier, and other workflow automations

Design for scalabilityyou’ll develop systems that enable a consistent, data-driven founder experience across cohorts, automating repetitive tasks and streamlining team operations

Turn operations into productyou’ll collaborate across program ops, alumni, marketing, and content to translate team needs into scalable products and integrations

Integrate data systemsyou’ll connect information flows between tools to maintain clean, reliable data for tracking companies, engagement, and outcomes

Prototype and shipyou’ll experiment quickly, testing internal tools and dashboards that improve visibility, coordination, and reporting

Document and maintainyou’ll establish clear documentation, onboarding, and system ownership so the infrastructure behind speedrun can evolve and improve with each batch

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects with tight feedback loops

Thrive in fast-paced, iterative environments and enjoy shipping quickly

Collaborative and curious, with strong communication skills across technical and non-technical teams

Low ego, high empathy, and the capacity to collaborate effectively with diverse teams

Preferred
