Responsibilities
Follow established workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to accurately create, update, and manage insurance package data
Complete assigned tasks within expected timelines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Build and maintain expert subject matter knowledge of work area processes to be a resource for internal stakeholders and customers
Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions related to workflow challenges or operational improvements
Document and update workflow instructions as needed to support team knowledge and efficiency
Review and provide issue resolution for customers and stakeholders cases
Demonstrate agility in dynamically readjusting priorities and reallocating resources in response to unexpected challenges and volume, ensuring the team remains aligned with evolving goals and deadlines
Monitor task queues and flag any inconsistencies or issues to the team and relevant stakeholders
Demonstrate flexibility & adaptability and implement appropriate solutions to new problems
Collaborate with team members and cross-functional stakeholders to gain perspective on opportunities for improvement, assist with issue resolution to ensure accurate execution of tasks
Participates in training and support for new staff additions within assigned work area
Actively seek and deliver feedback for development opportunities to build technical and professional skills
Support onboarding of peers by sharing knowledge and assisting with training documentation
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
Basic analytical and problem-solving skills; able to recognize and report irregularities
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable working in a data-driven, process-oriented environment
Academic experience related to operations, data entry, healthcare, or administrative work
Familiarity with healthcare insurance terms or electronic health record (EHR) system
