Event Management Intern
The Zionsville Chamber of Commerce is seeking an enthusiastic Event Management Intern to support the planning and execution of their signature networking and community events. This role offers hands-on experience in event coordination, logistics, and member engagement to create memorable experiences for attendees.

Responsibilities
Assist with planning, organizing, and executing Chamber events, including setup, registration, and on-site support
Coordinate event logistics such as vendor communication, sponsor engagement, and volunteer scheduling
Support marketing efforts for events through social media posts, email campaigns, and promotional materials
Help manage event timelines and ensure all details are executed accurately
Engage with members, sponsors, and attendees during events to foster positive relationships and enhance the Chamber’s visibility
Contribute creative ideas to improve event experiences and increase community participation
Qualification
