Responsibilities

Lead and oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and compliance

Collaborate with executive leadership to offer financial insights for decision-making and organizational growth

Lead initiatives to implement operational efficiencies

Oversee daily operating results to ensure that revenues, expenses, and labor are within performance targets

Partner on the development of new business by analyzing the feasibility of new programs and advise management of the financial prospects

Manage the preparation and presentation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Supervise and develop the finance team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment

Oversee financial risk management, internal controls, and audit functions. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations

Required

Bachelors degree in a related field required

5 years of progressive experience in hospital finance operations, in leadership positions preferred

5 years of progressive experience in hospital finance operations, in leadership positions preferred
