The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing campaign performance and collaborating with creative teams to enhance ad effectiveness.

Responsibilities
Launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across Meta and other paid social channels
Monitor daily performance, identify trends, and make optimization decisions based on data
Calculate CPL and CPA, and monitor down-funnel performance metrics
Execute A/B tests to improve creative, targeting, and conversion rates
Collaborate with creative teams to provide insight-driven recommendations on ad concepts and messaging
Troubleshoot pixel, tracking, and conversion issues with internal partners when needed
Prepare performance summaries and insights for internal teams and clients
Maintain strict accuracy and attention to detail across reporting, budgets, and campaign setups
Stay informed on platform updates, algorithm changes, and paid media best practices
Qualification
Required
2–5 years of hands-on media buying experience, primarily on Meta
Working knowledge of other social platforms (Reddit, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, X)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into action
Thorough, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple active campaigns
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to independently prioritize workload
Strong understanding of attribution, UTMs, and conversion tracking
Ability to communicate performance updates clearly to internal teams and stakeholders
Preferred
Experience working in a regulated industry (legal, healthcare, finance, insurance) preferred
Familiarity with business intelligence, analytics, or reporting platforms (Domo, Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau) is a plus but not required
