The role involves sourcing candidates, screening for grit and coachability, and guiding them through a smooth hiring and onboarding experience.

Responsibilities
Recruit D2D sales reps through outbound outreach, referrals, social platforms, and networking
Screen candidates for grit, coachability, and sales aptitude
Coordinate interviews and move candidates efficiently through the hiring process
Maintain communication with new hires to support onboarding and early success
Track hires and monitor sales milestones tied to bonus payouts
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and follow up skills
Comfortable recruiting for commission based, door to door sales roles
Ability to identify real performers vs. talkers
Organized, self-driven, and results oriented
Preferred
Experience recruiting in sales, D2D, or high-volume outbound environments
Familiarity with sales metrics, onboarding processes, or performance tracking
Background working with fast paced small businesses or sales teams
