Business Development Associate
NIP Group is a rapidly growing insurance service provider offering specialty programs for commercial insurance brokers and carriers. They are seeking a Business Development Associate to identify and connect with broker accounts, driving new submissions that align with their underwriting goals.
Responsibilities
Outreach & Engagement: Perform outbound sales through cold calls, lead follow-ups, and email campaigns
Drive Submissions: Qualify opportunities with brokers based on underwriting strategies
Relationship Building: Represent NIP Group with professionalism in every interaction, creating open and lasting dialogue
Data Mastery: Log activities in Salesforce and maintain accurate records from lead generation efforts
Exceed Goals: Consistently achieve monthly submission and binding targets
Collaborate & Innovate: Support broader marketing and sales initiatives to enhance company impact
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma/GED required
Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
Goal-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Confidence and assertiveness in conversations with clients
Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc)
Preferred
Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or related field
Exposure to corporate settings (internships or work experience)
Salesforce/CRM familiarity
Background in insurance or financial products
