Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering timely, thoughtful and professional communication
Act as the bridge between the client and Client Advisor
Personalize the client’s service experience by anticipating their needs and proactively following up
Serve as a liaison between departments to facilitate a seamless presentation of products and services
Ensure the firm keeps our commitments to our clients
Utilize Auxano’s CRM to document client interactions and initiate workflows
Monitor workflows, deadlines and follow-ups to ensure nothing is overlooked
Schedule and coordinate client meetings with Client Advisors
Create a variety of forms, letters, reports and presentations
Prepare and process paperwork, transfers and documentation with exceptional accuracy
Define and implement internal processes and methodologies to ensure smooth execution
Contribute to process improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and client service
Coordinate with custodians, internal teams and external partners and ensure completion of action items
Handle sensitive client information with discretion, sound judgement and confidentiality
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in the financial/investment industry preferred
Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal, and confident interpersonal skills with clients and with the team
Extensive knowledge of the MS Office suite, with a desire to learn new programs and systems
Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow established processes consistently
Strong prioritization skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently
Discernment and emotional intelligence when working with high-net worth families
Takes pride in delivering a high-quality, refined client experience
Calm and composed under pressure, with a strong sense of ownership, teamwork and accountability
Dedication to long-term success in our relationship-driven firm
Uncompromising integrity

Experience with AdvisorEngine CRM and/or Tamarac portfolio accounting software is a plus
