Responsible for performing a variety of duties to support and assist in supervising the mortgage operations function; coordinating work within the division, as well as with other divisions; directly supervising the workflow of assigned personnel; reporting pertinent information to the immediate supervisor; responding to inquiries or requests for information; assisting the immediate supervisor with administrative tasks to support operations
Qualification
Required
A high school diploma or equivalent with an emphasis in business curriculum
S.A.F.E. certification required
Proficient reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills
Proficient interpersonal relations and communicative skills
Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills
Thorough knowledge of consumer, commercial, and mortgage loan documents
Thorough knowledge of lending policies and procedures
Proficient keyboarding and PC skills
Visual and auditory skills
A minimum of five (5) years' experience in related positions normally required
Preferred
Associate degree in related field preferred
Specialized consumer/mortgage bank lending education/training
