Responsibilities

Diagnose and resolve Identity and Access Management (IAM) incidents for SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) and Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM)
Manage proactively the incident lifecycle, including identifying, categorizing, prioritizing, and resolving incidents
Create and maintain client knowledge articles, Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs), and scripts to restore normal operations
Monitor IAM operations and escalate incidents to level three support as necessary according to established protocols
Maintain professional relationships with clients, ensuring efficient incident management service and addressing their IAM-related needs

Required

Experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC)
Experience with Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM)
Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve IAM incidents
Ability to manage the incident lifecycle, including identifying, categorizing, prioritizing, and resolving incidents
Experience in creating and maintaining knowledge articles, SOPs, and scripts
Ability to monitor IAM operations and escalate incidents as necessary
Strong interpersonal skills to maintain professional relationships with clients
