Responsibilities
Interview customers to uncover pain points and identify opportunities for streamlining their experience
Use AI tools (like Claude and other natural language tools) to summarize and distill insights from customer conversations
Translate feedback into actionable product requirements that the engineering team can run with
Set up and maintain software/product processes that reduce manual intervention and increase efficiency
Collaborate with engineering teams by gathering and communicating customer feedback
Leverage AI tools to accelerate product development, from prototyping to documentation
Manage projects and track progress using Jira, Confluence, and other collaboration tools
Work on a flexible, project-based workload where you'll take initiative in shaping the product's future direction
(Nice to have) Provide input on UI/UX improvements that enhance usability and delight our customers
Qualification
Required
solid product management and project management experience under your belt
familiar with product management methodologies and market research approaches
communicate clearly and can work directly with customers you're not afraid to pick up the phone or jump on a video call
proficient with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office (the usual suspects)
experience with AI tools, especially Claude, and you understand how to leverage AI to work smarter, not harder
understand how AI systems work and can have meaningful conversations with data scientists and ML engineers
comfortable with the idea that AI systems are probabilistic, not deterministic, and you know how to set expectations around model limitations and opportunities
don't need to write code, but you appreciate the technical constraints and possibilities
genuinely curious, you ask 'why' and 'what if' more often than most people
energetic and proactive, you don't wait for instructions; you identify what needs to happen and make it happen

comfortable with ambiguity and excited by the opportunity to help define processes, not just follow them
