Responsibilities
Coaching multiple teams, including establishing new teams and promoting best practices
Collaborating with senior enterprise leadership to advance process maturity and optimize practices
Driving transformation initiatives and facilitating cultural change across the organization
Identifying and implementing continuous improvements to enhance delivery and outcomes
Qualification
Required
University / college degree
Higher level education such as a Masters degree, PhD, or certifications is desirable
Industry relevant experience typically 8+ years
Specific certifications are often required
In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered
Preferred
SAFe SPC Certification (version 5.0 or higher)
Proven experience in launching Agile Release Trains (ARTs) from discovery through embedment
Proven experience in leading Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) transformations
Proven experience in teaching SAFe-certified classes and enabling others to teach
Strong knowledge of Product Owner/Manager roles
Strong knowledge of leading SAFe practices
Ability to drive organizational agility and coach at scale
