Qualification
Required
Strong skills in Office Administration and Front Office management
Proven ability to prioritize Customer Service and ensure high levels of Customer Satisfaction
Exceptional Communication skills to effectively liaise with guests, staff, and other team members
Adept at training, supervising, and motivating front office staff to ensure service excellence
Flexibility to work variable schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred
Previous experience in a hospitality, hotel management, or similar role is strongly preferred
Proficiency in hotel management systems is an advantage
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
