Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 2 years of application systems analysis/programming in an enterprise environment
Hands-on .NET development experience (C#, ASP.NET, REST APIs, SQL)
Experience with AV/streaming platforms (e.g., Tricaster) and digital media workflows
SharePoint site development/administration and Microsoft Teams / M365 support
Power Platform development (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) with governance best practices
Experience with Marketing Cloud operations
Strong knowledge of API-based system integrations
Proficiency with Git, CI/CD fundamentals, testing, secure coding, and logging/monitoring
Commitment to accessibility, security, and compliance standards (records retention, audit trails)
Media production experience (video tuning/transcoding, podcast production and uploading)
