Responsibilities
Overseeing daily functions, promoting company policies complying with guidelines
Monitoring sales and General Manager accountability for branch
Regular visits to branch stores
Maintain scorecard with key metrics for each branch
Support and manage all sales groups including Retail/Counter Sales, Inside Sales and Outside Sales
Support CK relationship with outside organizations (MCA, ASA, SMACNA, AWS, etc)
Serve on the product committee and other committees as needed
Follow and enforce all safety guidelines and requirements including proper personal protective equipment for employees and visitors
Be on after hours call list for key accounts
Other duties, as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Must have previous welding equipment knowledge and at least 1 year experience performing comparable duties
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be able to handle diverse individuals and situations in a professional manner
Proficient in operating office equipment, including but not limited to computer, phone, fax machine, etc
Proficient in basic computer software including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to move and handle merchandise up to 75lbs
Must be able to sit for long periods of time as well as ability to stoop, twist, kneel and bend
