Information Technology
Responsibilities
Provide on‑site support for desktops, laptops, printers, and related hardware
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues
Install, configure, and repair devices in a desktop environment
Assist with basic support for cameras, servers, and network switches as needed
Support approximately 200+ devices and provide direct assistance to facility staff
Work in a secure environment and interact with individuals assigned to work details
Perform imaging, deployment, and routine maintenance of equipment
Document work in a ticketing system and follow established procedures
Lift and transport equipment and work in physically demanding positions when required
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
1–2 years of experience in desktop support or a similar technical role
Experience with installation, troubleshooting, and repair in a desktop environment
Ability to lift and carry equipment and work in non‑standard physical positions
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred
Experience supporting multiple operating systems
Familiarity with device imaging, deployment, and hardware repair
Understanding of basic networking and connectivity troubleshooting
Exposure to ticketing systems and documentation practices
Interest in learning additional systems such as cameras, access control, or low‑voltage equipment
