Required

Proven ability in business development, market analysis, and client relationship management within the financial services sector
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills for engaging with clients and internal stakeholders effectively
Solid understanding of risk management, regulatory compliance, and credit analysis frameworks within trade finance and banking contexts
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
Experience in a leadership or senior sales position within trade finance or banking is highly advantageous
Demonstrated commitment to collaboration, client satisfaction, and driving results
