This role involves leading the electrical execution of utility-scale solar projects, ensuring safe, high-quality, and on-time delivery while managing cost, schedule, contracts, and client relationships.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the electrical scope of utility-scale solar projects
Drive performance across safety, quality, schedule, and cost
Manage budgets, forecasting, contracts, and change orders
Coordinate procurement directly with vendors
Serve as a client-facing leader on site
Provide leadership to field teams and subcontractors
Travel as required and remain actively engaged in field operations

Required

Utility-scale solar experience required
Strong understanding of solar field operations and electrical construction
Proven experience managing cost control, contracts, and change orders
