Responsibilities

Lead a cross-functional scrum team that includes design, engineering, compliance, and QA. Some engineering team members will be offshore
Build a vision and roadmap by assessing business needs and priorities across the organization
Determine how to measure success for key initiatives. Identify and track KPIs to show positive business impact
Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with business owners to define customer-focused needs; collaborate with development teams to identify solutions and timelines
Define, manage, and prioritize user stories to meet committed timelines. Manage the scrum team’s backlog and plan quarterly goals based on strategic priorities and stakeholder input
Communicate progress on key initiatives. Identify risks and dependencies, communicate updates, and negotiate solutions to challenges
Manage relationships with key business and technology stakeholders

Required

Product Management experience

Preferred

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Three to five years of relevant experience
Previous experience with Kafka event streams, APIs, or webhooks
Previous experience using financial models to estimate business impact
Proficient product management experience within technology driven organizations working in agile/scrum teams
Effective presentation, verbal and written communication skills; ability to present facts and ideas in a clear, concise, and convincing manner to senior stakeholders
Proven relationship management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization
Occasional (10% or less) travel required
