Responsibilities

Partner with Recruiters and Coordinators to support an effective, team-based recruiting operation

Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to build diverse and high-quality talent pipelines

Conduct tactical research, referral generation, sourcing campaigns, and event-based sourcing

Identify, engage, and activate passive candidates using Boolean searches, LinkedIn, and alternative sourcing techniques

Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications and fit

Track and manage pipeline activity and share regular updates with internal stakeholders

Identify opportunities for improvement and recommend enhancements to sourcing strategies and pipeline health

Required

10+ years of sourcing experience within a search firm and/or in-house recruiting environment

Proven experience partnering with hiring managers to develop and execute sourcing strategies

Strong research and sourcing expertise, with the ability to analyze and refine search approaches

Experience proactively approaching and engaging passive candidates

Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-based environment

Strong organizational and communication skills
