Responsibilities

Manage and direct all incoming telephone inquiries to the appropriate departments or individuals

Welcome and assist office visitors, ensuring timely notification to relevant team members

Sort, distribute, and manage incoming mail and coordinate the shipping and receiving of office packages

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate the procurement or discontinuation of office supplies, snacks, and beverages

Coordinate logistics for office events, including team lunches, client/vendor visits, and on-site training sessions

Coordinator travel and accommodation arrangement for team members attending off-site events or meetings

Oversee the general upkeep and presentation of the office environment, as well as contacting the appropriate service providers to resolve facility-related issues

Qualification

Microsoft 365Highschool DiplomaGED

Required

Must have a Highschool Diploma or GED

At least 2 years of previous experience is required

Must have experience working with Microsoft 365
