Responsibilities
Manage site plan approvals, zoning, bonding, and environmental permitting
Coordinate with internal teams, municipalities, and third-party consultants
Oversee entitlement documentation including plats, easements, and HOA formation
Track project costs and manage portions of development budgets
Participate in cross-functional meetings with sales, purchasing, production, and design teams
Attend municipal and industry meetings; conduct site visits as needed
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in land entitlements
Strong project management and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-starter with a proactive, results-driven mindset
