Responsibilities
Overseeing operations of concession stands, including daily travels to the bank, scheduling, ordering, and the opening and closing of outdoor pool sites
Sets up the pool for proper operation according to program grids, calendars, and posted hours; reconfigures pool as needed for special programs
Monitors safe use of pools by customers and responds to injuries that may occur in a pool environment
Maintains emergency preparedness in the pool facility
Supervises and schedules Lifeguards and Water Attendant Staff
Maintenance and use of the vehicle for occasional meetings and bank visits
Prioritizing the health, safety, and company service standards for all our external and internal customers
Organizes and conducts pool meetings and in-service sessions as required, and arranges pavilion and tent rentals utilizing on-site technology while coordinating the setup for the events
May perform other essential job functions specific to the position and department assignment
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or equivalent
One (1) year experience in overseeing aquatic or pool operations in a leadership role
Preferred
Related degree or certification in Parks and Recreation, Environmental Education, and/or Natural Resources
American Red Cross Lifeguard Instructor certification
