Responsibilities

Create New Businesses: Identify and prioritize high-potential opportunities aligned with World Kinect’s growth strategy. Build business cases, financial models, and lead the full lifecycle—from concept validation to commercialization and scale

Drive Market Entry: Define go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and partnership frameworks that accelerate adoption and deliver competitive advantage

Forge Strategic Partnerships: Develop alliances with industry leaders, technology innovators, and investment partners to unlock new growth channels

Lead Cross-Functional Execution: Partner with Finance, Legal, Operations, and Commercial teams to ensure seamless delivery of new ventures. Influence senior stakeholders and secure buy-in for strategic investments

Required

10+ years in business development, innovation, or commercial leadership roles

Bachelor's degree required

Exceptional negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills

Entrepreneurial mindset with operational discipline

Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills

Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

Strong relationship-building and influence at all levels
